1. Refunds for Pool Cleaning Services

1.1 Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel a scheduled pool cleaning service, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the pool cleaning service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. We will work with you to address any concerns or, if necessary, provide a reservice or refund.
  • Right to Refuse Refunds: Poolduckie reserves the right to refuse refunds if the service was completed as agreed, or if multiple refund requests have been made without valid reasons.

1.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Processing Time: We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

2. Returns and Refunds for Merchandise

2.1 Merchandise Purchased through Printful

  • Third-Party Processing: All merchandise sold on Poolduckie.com is fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Printful has its own return and refund policy, which governs all merchandise purchases.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
  • Return Process: If you wish to return an item purchased through Printful, please refer to the return instructions provided on Printful’s website. You can find their return policy here.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, Printful or Poolduckie will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by Printful, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear on your bank statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
